Hoddesdon hosts a number of popular annual events including the May Day Celebrations, a Summer Vintage Car Rally and, in the run up to Christmas, carol singing by local school choirs and the recently-revived Hoddesdon and Broxbourne Carnival of Light. Broxbourne Council also organise the annual Broxbourne in Bloom Competition, as well as running a range of activities for children and teenagers during school holidays.
The town has a wealth of regular activities for all age groups offered by numerous clubs and societies. There are regular theatrical and musical events in and around Hoddesdon at various venues, along with a wealth of fetes, fun days, fund raisers and sales run by churches, schools, social and youth groups and voluntary organisations.
In order to ensure we cover everything that is going on in Hoddesdon we need all local
community groups to send us details of events so we can ensure they are listed to the website. |
