Hoddesdon town centre offers a great shopping experience with an excellent combination of high quality independent retailers, major banks and building societies, national chain stores, four supermarkets, plus a twice weekly outdoor market on Wednesday and Friday.

There is plenty of short term car parking – Tower Centre is only 20p for first 2 hours, there are also plenty of short term parking places on the southern half of the High Street, Conduit Lane and Haselwood Avenue. Both Sainsburys and Netto charge £1.00 for 2 hours, but you get your fee refunded if you shop at their store. There are short stay pay and display car parks which cost 55p/hour in Taverners Way and Burford Street. Parking is free in all public and council run car parks on Sundays and Bank Holidays.
